Responsibilities:
– Management of the company’s commercial block
– Sales analysis
– Carrying out activities aimed at increasing the level of sales
– Participation in the development of the company’s development strategy
– Preparation of marketing plans, budgets for the period (jointly with the Marketing Director)
– Building an effective team, including the development and implementation of motivation schemes, KPI indicators
– Planning and control over achievement of commercial targets, ensuring sales volume, ensuring stable profit growth
– Automation and regulation of business processes
Requirements:
– Successful experience in the position of Commercial Director from 3 years
– Knowledge of all sales channels, experience in working with them
– Knowledge of performance indicators and ability to analyze them
– B2C experience
– Ability to build strong teams, motivate and inspire employees
– Experience in developing regulations and business processes
– Analytical skills
