Sales Director

We are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to take over the company’s sales management process and become part of our holding company.

Responsibilities:

– Sales and service department management

– Development and monitoring of compliance with work norms

– Maintaining reports on the company’s profits and expenses

– Participation in the development of the company’s development strategy

– Regular training of existing and new employees

– Destination budgeting

– Control of the work of the entire area

– Active cooperation with the Marketing department

– Sales analytics

– Organization and automation of processes

– Interaction with the accounting department

 

Requirements:

– 3 years of experience as a General Director, Sales Director or Area Director

– Experience in business development and startup project management

– Experience in developing and implementing business processes

– B2C experience

– Knowledge and mastery of sales techniques

– Knowledge of the basics of customer service and experience in bringing them to perfection

– Willingness to work actively and grow at a fast pace
